Shipments in Thailand is processed with Thai postal service, EMS. Other shipments are by Fedex with a tracking number. Please remember to add your contact phone number with the delivery address. After you receive shipping confirmation, please reserve for deliveries

INTERNATIONAL : FedEx Priority : 2-4 DAYS

If you find any faults in the products, we are happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund. If you are not happy with the purchase, you can return the unused goods to us within 2 weeks for your money back. All sale items are nonrefundable. Please note, that as a small independent label, we are unable offer free shipping for the returned items.
